Doctors professional liability insurance is a protection for doctors profession. This product is specially designed to cover doctors with reasonable and customary charges arise due to law suit's charges against malpractice. This program is administered by PT Indica Satyatama Bestari incorporated with PT Asuransi Aegis Indonesia as the insurer company. 1. Free Consultation with our lawyer

As the upper mentioned, IB Consultant will give the doctors a complimentary services such as one hour free consultation of malpractice sue with our lawyers.

2. Retroactive Date

Retroactive date is a longer length of time for doctors to settle occurred claims, not only in the policy period, but also since the policy firstly activated.

3. Extended Reporting Period (ERP)

ERP is an extension time to report occurred claims during the policy period. The extension period is three years ahead counted from the last date of expiry policy.

4. E-Bulletin

IB consultant will publish a monthly based e-bulletin for doctors containing the latest news of medication and health scope.

5. Lawyer Preferences

Though IB Consultant provide a lawyer, uppermost we give the doctor a freedom to choose their own preference lawyer as long as it was approved by the insurer company.

6. Special Discount for Group

This 10% off total premium special discount will be given to a group of doctors who join this insurance in the minimum amount of 10 persons at each group.
